It’s mentally reframing change as an opportunity to be a good thing and not immediately react negatively

However, today I wanted to talk about all the nice things I’m experiencing in being on my own for a little bit – it’s not all highs and it’s not all lows but there’s a place for talking about the tough times and a place to concentrate on the best bits – today is a best bits day.

Unbridled positivity in an experience of failure or distress makes people feel worse, not better

Often, all someone wants and needs is the acknowledgment and validation of their feelings. We all want to feel heard and seen. We don’t want someone to tell us how to feel or not feel or how it “isn’t that bad.”

The Best Revenge you can ever plot is by focusing on your own mental and physical growth

When something bad happens to us and we believe that the reason why we are upset right now is because of somebody else, or because of a situation we had absolutely no Control over, the immediate thought that comes to our mind is wishing ill fate over the other person, or cursing our own faith. Sometimes we even go beyond and plan all sort of negative actions against the other person and some even execute it, which results damaging several lives. Revenge when plotted against can be termed as a human/self inflicted emotional distress.

Humans have a tendency of gravitating towards the negative aspects of every Emotion. In this Blog I am going to tell you how You can trick “Revenge” itself, and drive out the positivity out of it. So grab some snacks and let’s begin!

I was experiencing my own anxiety as I was trying to help others cope with their anxiety

Keywords: vulnerability #covid19 #lifecoach #, authenticity, mental health, self-awareness, self-compassion

Thankfully the other 3 webinars didn’t experience any more technical difficulties, so I’m grateful for that and now I’ve got another new skill. Regardless, there was vulnerability in that experience. There is vulnerability in hosting a webinar and hoping that people show up, and that if they do, they feel connected to what you have to say. We are all trying to adapt our personal & professional  lives to deal with the massive change in front of us, and there is a roller coaster of emotion that can come along with that. My vulnerability in the midst of this is something that can connect us, just as well as (if not better than) just talking about things I’m happy about or thankful for.
