Sometimes you can even help by not doing anything at all. When you do people around you become more friendly and experiences the smiles and laughs of other is what in the end brings happiness to my heart. The second connection that I made is that I made was with an idea of Aristotle. He believes that in order for us to be happy we need to be our true selves. I identify with the idea because this is who I am. I always think that I have the ability to help the other, and it’s my nature to take care of people.

I am still very excited to be a teacher, but I should also be working on connecting. I want to be a guidance counsellor in dark times, whether we suffer as a group or a student is individually in strife, and I want to relate and give them a sense of hope. It is becoming harder, but I am reflecting on some lessons of what I already know. I am developing a continuous recovery plan to promote my mental health and high performance as a teacher.

The number of apps available for chatting, texting, video chat, or just sharing things numbered about 250 in 2019 with somewhere around 3 billion users of at least 2 or more — that’s a lot of information being shared across these platforms every minute of every day

I am currently on almost all major social media apps and this blog site. These are the places I communicate or interact with others even before this pandemic occurred.

About me

anxiety, blogging101, diabetes, inthenews, news, scotland, travellingsolo

Anna's blog

In the past I wrote an journal, which was basically the notes app on my mobile phone. It let me vent but also resulted in questions I couldn’t answer.

I live with anxiety and type 1 diabetes so with this blog I hope to shed some light on how that experience goes. And hopefully connect with others who might relate to some of my topics. Maybe even present my unanswered questions and start some debate.

My topics may include details about how to deal with being unemployed to lowering the degree of frustration with people who walk very slow. And from learning to dance with people, to travelling solo on buses, trains and aeroplanes. It’s all really a mixed bag.
