There is a lot of debate going on about certain comments Prince Harry made on what is being dubbed as the “great resignation”. He said he’s quite happy people have quit jobs that make them unhappy or negatively affect their mental health. He said, and I quote, “Many people around the world have been stuck in jobs that didn’t bring them joy, and now they’re putting their mental health and happiness first. Why should a programmer have to go through 200 questions, a programming test, have a github portfolio, a website portfolio, a custom cover letter. ONLY for an employer to not even give a call back or a human email saying they were rejected?

Oh and if you just try to simply submit your application and refuse to do these bullshit ass tests/portfolio then people think you’re lazy. How the fuck am I lazy for not wanting to throw hundreds of hours of my life away on this bullshit job application process.
