Barbells and Belly Shirts
I’ve thought a long time about what I am going to write, if I should even write, what is
even the fucking point? But whatever. it’s kind of therapeutic for me, so here I am. Over a year ago was my last blog post. It was bitching about being fat. That was my main reason why I decided to write again. I was so angry, broken by my own body, or what my idea of what my body should look like. There was so much guilt and shame, but I can say with confidence that I am different from that woman. Not yet whole, but definitely healthier and more happy.
I have always been overweight. Well, since I can remember anyway. I have also hated my body just as long. No matter how active I was, my body refused to be anything but just overweight. Like most girls, I was…

How far is enough to be scammed or come across fraud accounts on social media?
Artificial Intelligence, Cyber security, Data storage, Digital Media, Disruption, Facebook, internet of Things, Investigation, Public Relations, service, Software, Strategy, Technology
As recently as 2016, half of the communication you had with people on dating app based on match group company were based on bots and frauds. This shows that the alarming rate for people when they are looking for something, the scammers are at their best to act upon it online.
As it shows the scammers are looking to get any form of payment, information, or identity from their behalf to be pleased from their operation. Therefore, they are looking to make matters worse for the victim when they find out that they have been scammed and now they have released information about themselves. This is not the most pleasant thing but it’s pretty shameful and embarrassing to disclose it to your friends.
Due to this, your friends will say well it’s online what do you expect it to be besides a cesspool of fraudulent and scammers running operations on…

Nobody actually f*cking cares
I’ve never been one for hugely inflammatory or click-baity titles. I generally opt for Simpsons references and alliteration to attract readers, as it makes me feel smart and important. I can appreciate how the title “Nobody actually fucking cares” would seem to break this trend, as it alludes to Dan having regressed to the emotional state equivalent of putting Sum 41 lyrics in his MSN status; let me assure you though, this is an uplifting piece.
Of course people care. They care about their jobs; they care about their families; they apparently care about their eyebrows a lot these days for some reason. There are plenty of things in life worth caring about, and far be it from me to judge what those things may be for any given person.
What they probably do not care about, is you.
Oh sure, your Mum cares about you. Your siblings probably do…

Sexual Assault From A Victim’s Perspective…
How does your environment shape how you see and use the world around you?
Diversity, Gender Equality, Monuments, Participation, Public Advertising, Public Space, Social Inclusion, Street Furniture

Much of the work that I have been doing recently has concentrated on various facets of this question:
- Inventing Berlin asks how street names and monuments communicate who should feel like they belong in the urban landscape,
- A revised version of my essay for the Hacking Urban Furniture project examines the normative aspects of street furniture and how that shapes how we use public space, and
- My new role as lead expert for the URBACT action planning network “Gendered Landscapes” will explore the gendered aspects of urban planning and urban life.
To get academic for a minute, there is a social constructionist assumption at the core of all three of these works: the environment shapes the subject, in particular when aspects of the environment become banal, invisible, or taken for granted.
The environment around us is not simply the process of natural, environmental forces. Especially in cities, the environment which…

Don’t give a fuck about everything and anything.
Doctor/Dentist Appointments that totally urk your ass!
wtf
Ok, so before we get started, if profanity, or the damn truth offends you, do not proceed.
So I’m a truth teller, I say how it is, without a sugar coat. So let’s get down to WTF? ? Have you ever had an appointment with a Doctor or Dentist, or any medical establishment, and sat in the most uncomfortable chair in a waiting room, with screaming kids, people sneezing and coughing like TB is free today for you and everyone. And it’s either too hot or it’s too cold, And the TV has some stupid pharmaceutical advertisement on, and then your phone dies, Not to mention the asshole who sits on their damn phone talking to Suzy from Minnesota, it’s like, hey, bitch, ” Shut the fuck up and take that shit outside” My fucking ass is falling asleep!! And then the thought of using the nasty bathroom, sends you…

Should we be more open to rejection?
Am I evil?
Struggling with Schizoaffective Disorder
Is a question that I ask myself quite a bit. I don’t do evil things, at least I think so. Yet I still can’t squash the conflict in my head as to whether or I not I am. I’ve always tried to be an extremely introspective person, ever since I discovered the meaning of the word. Whether I am successful in that conquest is not something I believe I’m qualified to answer. The question of my designation more than likely resides in the fact that I can’t mind my own business, and the fact I can’t leave a question unanswered.
Most humans see themselves as the hero in their own story. It’s extremely difficult for a person to accept that something was a result of their own actions, showcased specifically in car accidents. Sure, it’s an insignificant situation. Sometimes though, car crashes can be fatal. Especially drunk driving. Most car…
